We are descended from John Daut/Doutt, born in 1778. He lived most of his life in Pennsylvania, either born there, or arriving there sometime later.
He was married twice. His first wife was Elizabeth, surname unknown, she died in 1813. He later married Catherine Good. With these wives he had 9 known children and possible 3 more daughters we are trying to prove.
